I updated the dist folder 2 weeks ago based on the current code, but that caused issues with the TOT application.
@tgross-usgs can you describe the issues you're getting here?
Similarly to tot services, you can turn the navigationservices (or create a new test application) on the test server to D:\applications\navigationservices\dist-staging-202107 - make sure you turn it back before a migration if it's still broken!
