We changed the service url from https://sc-runoffmodelingservices.streamstats.usgs.gov/ changed to https://streamstats.usgs.gov/local/scrunoffservices and the docs page was changed to https://streamstats.usgs.gov/local/scrunoffservices/docs. We should update these links in the readme and anywhere else they are referenced.
