The rainfall endpoint is failing, presumably because NOAA change the URL from https://hdsc.nws.noaa.gov/cgi-bin/hdsc/new/cgi_readH5.py?lat=34.0138&lon=-80.9905 to something else. Figure out what the new URL is and update the service.
