Sensor's are showing up in FEV as 'Proposed' when they should be 'Retrevied' #136

Todd:

I just reviewed these nine sites for a small event that Mike Kohn was working on in Colorado. Everything looks in order to me, but for some reason, all of the sites listed below, except the top one, are listed as Proposed in their respective FEV popups. Can you investigate? (not a high priority, but confusing to anyone who may try to retrieve the data)
