Disable role assignment for managers

When managers go into their account information, it looks like they can reassign their Role. They're able to pick something different and hit save, and the green alert says "User Updated". It doesn't actually change it, but it's misleading. Can we gray out that field so it isn't editable?

If manager is logged in, changed this to a label showing their role. If admin is logged in, dropdown allowing change or role.
