Will Admins have the ability to check or reset passwords? And/or do we need to add a “forgot account or password” functionality to the initial login screen?

Admin can change anyone's password. Not sure what is meant by reset their password.

Password reset - do you want them to confirm their identify with their old password first? -- Jen
