When the GIS team runs the "Update S3 Bucket" tool in ArcMap, they see the following error:
In this case, Pete S. was trying update just an XML. I am not sure if this error also occurs when other files are also being updated. I am also not sure if they always receive this error or just sometimes.
The files do get uploaded to S3 correctly, but there may be issues on the Dev server (possibly trash log files are not being deleted?).
