Synthetic Unit Hydrograph Method
[ ] Pending further clarification: "User will need to see additional information to calculate Tc that is currently not shown." "All input data for the equations. If possible, we would like the data to come from StreamStats. If not, the user will need to look at the topo information in StreamStats or CAD and use the measurement and other tools to obtain the information."
