There is currently no service documentation set up for the stormwaterservices, which are used for storm water delineation in MO_STL (and now MRB on dev)
Note that while I'm in there, I can look at the setup here for .NET core and gage the progress Jeremy made on it.
It might be that we just finish out the .net core migration and merge stormwater services with streamstats services, not sure what that looks like yet
