Create map layer of injection points

Use Ryan's SHP file to create geojson for injection points

DB will go in same place as VAA table; further discussion decided that we can use a local object, development of database can be moved to “phase 3”

• If we do it local, can we show on load?
• Pete prefers showing injection points on load if we can, but to keep it simple we can do that later

Show injection points on a map with basin data

• Date
• Discharge
• Link to report

Use NLDI response to check for COMIDs with dye tracer data

• If data exists, add dye tracer events (may be multiple per flowline)
• Display? Should we display which flowlines have dye tracer data after the NLDI return?
