Move Marty, Dan to Alumni on Team Page

Marty and Dan are full-time HAIL team in NY now. Shouldn't claim them for WIM at this point.

[ ] Move Marty & Dan to the "Alumni" section: Dan between Bruce and Jeremy, Marty between KJ and Bruce
[ ] Remove NY and CO from the map
