Zonal Stats mis-match between running normal and running from model #108

After running zonal stats against entire parcels layer, it seems that the stats being calculated for a single parcel are not the same as they are when the parcel is run against the WLERAZonalStat model individually. This is a problem. This was tested to simulate the behavior Kurt shows, which is different stats returning for the same parcel when run as parcel select vs custom area drawn to same area.

These two methods must return the same result or the results themselves are suspect.

Look into details of env variables and spatial reference

Whew, that was a doozy, but fixed now. Apparently you cannot use OBJECTID as the zone field. Will document this more thoroughly elsewhere.
