Needs a look - may be another sptaial reference mismatch

This is fixed - it was just that the geometry service reference had gone bad - web adaptor on WLERA server failed at some point, and had not updated the geometry service reference with the needed ":6080" port identifier. So projection was failing, without any error indicating that,
