Location Function in Measure toolset doesn't display for units other than DMS / Lat-Long UPDATE: need permanent service #64

My experience for each unit other than those two is a loading message with no location ever loading.

Ah yes, we lost our geometry server, that's all. Those coordinates in other units have to come from a(fairly simple) projection utility service. I had a temporary geom util service referenced running from one of our ec2 instances that has since changed IP (I was referencing the IP directly). The issue was we needed ArcServer 10.3 to provide the correct util service, and there was only one instance running 10.3 at the time. I knew I needed to come back and get a more permanent solution, and this is a great reminder. Probably need to have Aaron upgrade the WLERA server's arc to 10.3, I'm just afraid of that. Will resolve soon.

Just updated the geom service reference to our AGS103Sandbox instance with PR #72, so it does work now, but leaving this issue active until we have a permanent solution - i.e. updating WLERA server to 10.3. Task submitted to Aaron via Trello.

Finally replaced 10.2.2. with 10.3 on WLERA server (actually, a new 10.3 AMI), and updated geom service to point to it, so this is solved.
