Area Summary Tool "Custom" and "Select" functions can be done simultaneously #67

activating each "Area Select" in the sidebar allows for the area defined on the map to act as both. You can calculate both. This allows for both "Calculate Stats" and "Display Stats" to be available to the user. I think we want the interface to enforce either a custom area calculation or a parcel selection so that Restoration values for one cannot be confused with the other.
