Set slider to current gage height

When a site is selected, if the gage height is within the range of the selectable gage heights, set the slider to match.

I took care of setting it to the current gage height

Hmm, I did this before I went on leave @mitch-wim . From what I could tell, it wasn't doing it then when reassigned it to me 25 days ago
