It is difficult to show everything on mobile in the same way we show the map, tools, etc on desktop. To make the mobile experience more functional we're going to focus on making the flood tools bigger and useable - this will cover the map. The first time a user opens a flood library on mobile, show a message that instructs the user to make their flood tools adjustments and utilize the minimize button to them view the map again.
