this is happening on single or multi-sites. AOU disappears on both on the map and on the explanation. see image below.

ok, so when viewing depth grids, if there are breached depth grids, show that. if no grids, still show the AOU as green polygon. and users can still turn on/off AOU as normal. currently, there is a site that works way it's supposed to...Marion, IN. https://test.wim.usgs.gov/fim/?site_no=03326500
