Getting "Error: Folder not found" for rest services link https://gis.wim.usgs.gov/arcgis/rest/services/FIMMapper . Update link to https://fim.wim.usgs.gov/server/rest/services/FIMMapper

@jprokopec is the FIM application down? Or is this a link provided to the REST services somewhere that we likely need to update?

Link provided to the REST services needs updating I guess. I didn't know it moved. FIM
