when first two layers are checked on the text in legend goes past the explanation box #40

or sometimes, I've noticed it makes the legend swatch area scrollable but the text below

also, if you collapse and re-expand the explanation, it usually fits it all in

Fixed (finally) - had to make the explanation fixed-height because there were so many nested items in it with different display properties, this seemed like the best way to do it without redoing the entire layout of the explanation.
