Content changes prior to colleague review

• [x] This sentence in the errata should be modified as highlighted:

  The trinsus3 and umissus3 networks were incorrectly given as "no change" for arsenic on version 1 of the map. The result should indicate a "small increase" and is correct on version 2 of the web site.

• [x] In the technical information tab, statistical information, paragraph 4 : the annual change in concentration – which is calculated by the test
• [x] In the references tab, there are a number of character issues in about half of the references: â€

for "Remove the numbered sentences 1-5 from the technical information" I added a link at the end of the first paragraph under that "Mapping Criteria and Benchmarks". It didn't make sense without doing that because of the beginning of the next paragraph -- "Other constituents were added to this list based on regional importance."

accidentally deleted the wrong set of bullets, corrected my error.
