And tooltip to timeline #66

They liked the timeline below the Trend period, but would like an option for a popup explaining what a cycle is in that general area. I will provide the text.

I'm suggesting that instead of a tooltip, this become a new entry in the FAQ and we add an 'i' or '?' or link to more info there that opens directly to that entry in the FAQ.

and info glyphicon next to "Trend Periods" which opens the FAQ modal and scrolls down to #7
