It looks like this only happens on the first click of a network/centroid after the map loads, no?
@lprivette I think this happens any time the network boundaries highlight covers a centroid. It's because the highlight is drawn on top of the centroid layer, I think. So you may need to reorder the layers.
the centroid can't be clicked unless you click away from networks/centroid and then try the centroid again
