Improve print map explanation #89

Print map explanation problem - Map is great except explanation on below map needs some work. It looks kind of haphazard and it doesn’t really symbolize the aquifers. Cities and networks are both clear dots.

Print tab works functions well Symbology problem - When you check the box “All Networks” , the explanation shows a clear dot for “Network”. This is the same symbol that is used for cities on the basemap. Suggest changing the symbol for “all networks” so it is something different.
