The user is on Cycle 1-2 and has a site/network selected. If the user changes the trend period to Cycle 1-3 and the site/network is still present, then update the site/network modal.
If the site/network is not present in the new Cycle, then close the modal.
Lauren, can you look at the issue Jim describes below - another one that I checked is that if you click on a network that's a 'small increase' then change the time period to an interval where there was a large increase, the popup window doesn't change - making it appear that there's a small increase still. I think the solution is that the site information popup should disappear when a different time period is selected. Making the popup update might be an option also, but sounds more complicated to me. I can demonstrate this if you want. You can work on this as you have time and also see if other issues are brought up that we many need to fix.
