The names of the three shapefiles are self-explanatory. I'd be happy to see the following names for them under Auxiliary layers (this follows the Midwest model):
All Southeast Reaches - zoom in to view
Reaches > 100 cfs (note: departed slightly from Midwest for this one - decided to use 100 cfs as threshold, to be consistent with the Northeast)
Mainstems
