Make sure time format and time zone conversion is correct for all entities.

For reference datums, Date Recovered (Date Last Checked in stnweb2) autopopulates with the current date in the old STNweb if there is no value for that field. According to the tooltip in the Edit dialog, the field is "the date the location was recently found in good condition", so it seems weird to me that it would populate with the current date - if anything, I would think it should be the same as Date Established.
