When you have time can you add a '?' link to the Legend that points to https://www.fws.gov/wetlands/Data/Mapper-Wetlands-Legend.html
Like the black '?' in the layers side bar next to each layer. If you could place it next the the 'Wetlands' portion of the legend that would be the best as this page is wetlands specific.
