Clarification regarding O2_saturation in AmsterdamUMC #12

Hi,

I am wondering if Saturatie (Monitor) should be considered instead of O2-Saturatie (bloed) in timeseries_variables.csv file for O2_saturation in AmsterdamUMCdb.

Hi, Thanks for raising this issue. After discussion with the medical experts, we found that there was an error in the handling of O2 saturation, and that it should be shown as two separate variables. Here are the mappings that are now used:
