64-bit support #1

GFITSIO needs to support 64-bit LabVIEW.

@nasamaher Unfortunately I don't have any plans to upgrade this to 64-bit. We don't use LabVIEW as much anymore and even less so FITS. Currently I only have access to LabVIEW 32-bit (version 2019). I do still get occasional emails asking for this though, so I am happy to help answer questions about the code and accept pull requests if someone wants to try compiling this for LabVIEW 64-bit.
