Please grab the latest osgEarth as well, and integrate the new Triton SDK shaders in src/osgEarthTriton/Shaders

I'm going to go ahead and merge this in, but I plan on doing a follow-up commit to address the following:

Move the Ocean example to Kauai to avoid confusion over the elevation data missing
Back out the vp_location change on Bathymetry Generator until I can figure out why it's breaking SIMDIS
