Replace osgEarth ObjectLocatorNode with simVis::LocatorNode #4

We removed the deprecated osgEarth::Util::ObjectLocatorNode class in osgEarth. This update replaces its usage with the SDK's own simVis::LocatorNode, which has the same functionality.
