This is a pull request to update the US-RSE map.

Clearly something is still wrong with the sheet or elsewhere. Don't have time to diagnose now!

@cosden the sheet often needs to be opened, and the one that serves this endpoint needs to be manually dragged down to populate the cells. I'm not sure why Google Sheets doesn't honor our formulas but it must be a bug. This is something I used to do manually every month - I'm surprised it's worked without that. Cheers!

Hey @vsoch!!!! Thanks so much for the reminder! I'd fixed up the location names but forgot about the second sheet that had to be manually done. Did that just now and will cross my fingers that fixes things. I'm still nervous given the error message in the was something about git. I'm going to close this, delete the branch, and see how it goes.
