Added July community call.

When you are ready for a technical review/merge, post the for the link for the PR in the US-RSE Slack (#website) to ask for reviewers.

One suggestion/comment: In the announcement email, I changed "What drives you crazy?" to "What frustrates you about them?"

Feel free to use this alternative (or something else).
