As a service member, I want to be able to sort all the sites and applications by alphabet or type, so that I can more easily find the site or application I am looking for.

Details:

• Default sort option is by type
• When sorting alphabetically, display 10 links per page

Acceptance criteria:

• Service members are able to see that they can sort by type or alphabetically
• When the alphabetical sort option is selected, all the sites and application links appear in a paginated alphabetical list
• When the alphabetical sort option is selected, each site or application will also include a description (if the description has been added to the link in the CMS)
• When the alphabetical sort option is selected, each site or application will also include an action to add it to a collection.
