One of our payload is testing this experimental radiation sensor and collecting data from it

This module should do the following

• [ ] Recieve data from the IC2
• [ ] Process data (convert bit values)
• [ ] Being able to add a timestamp when data was collected
• [ ] Be able to send data to downlink manager
