This will be responsible for the following

[ ] Health check
[x] Initialization for components
[ ] Beacon initialization
[x] Antenna deployment
[x] Start Scheduler

The basic structure is all implemented; there are bugs to work out, however (specifically, with the HAL driver initializations). I'm in the process of looking into it
