Fix .gitignore #16

This is my bad, I was dumb, my updated .gitignore was in Avionics-code/CPP..... while the top level directory was Avionics-code/ I'll have to go in and git rm <name> things now.

The following is a thread documenting things we NEED to be ignored.

Compiled Rust target binaries
IDE specific folders (.vsc etc)
