As a user, I would like to be able to select all countries. #295

All countries can be selected, but drawing this visualization is another problem.

This is an easy fix

As of 10/13/15, I tried to map all countries with only one indicator and it didn't work.

We are primarily interested in this function for maps and not other visualizations.
