Add more information to Metadata Tab #385

Metadata tab on each visualization in FIND should include the following information for each indicator:

[ ] Indicator Name [ ] Indicator Units [ ] Indicator URL (to www not api) [ ] Direct Indicator Source [ ] Original Indicator Source [ ] Indicator Definition (or note)

For WB api reference, see example: http://api.worldbank.org/indicator/AG.LND.FRST.ZS

wb:indicators xmlns wb:indicator id wb:name wb:source id wb:sourceNote wb:sourceOrganization
