Calculate bidder characteristics

As a CDO, I need calculated DoS-specific information about my bidder portfolio so that I can spend my time advising bidders instead of doing manual calculations

Acceptance Criteria

• Calculations and visualization of the following bidder characteristics:
• R & R
• LWOP (Leave without Pay) (Consider this as a possible waiver instead of a calculation, but waivers may play into further calculations)
• Fair Share (probably already complete)
• The CDO must not need to seek out and populate prerequisite source data to make aforementioned calculations
