As a TalentMAP Designer I will facilitate a Design Studio or ethnographic research with the FSBID Admin so that the team can have a deeper understanding of the Cycle management process

[ ] Synthesis data
[ ] Create Cycle management process flow
[ ] Executive Summary
[ ] Create user stories
