Missing Functional Bureau Filter Item: United States Mission to the United Nations #1779

Add United States Mission to the United Nations into the Functional Bureau list as is seen in design.

Current

United States Mission to the United Nations is missing from Functional Bureau list.

Desired

Add United States Mission to the United Nations to the bottom of the Functional Bureau choices in the Bureau filter.
