• CDOs have a visualization of tasks to support assignees
• CDOs have a prioritization of tasks to help sort out what needs to be done first

Design/Technical Considerations

• Two views of time-sensitive tasks
  • Universal, process deadlines
  • CDO-specific tasks, ie My Clients

Steps

• [x] Draft plan on design studio with CDO's
• [x] Brainstorm with Robin to evaluate what we need. Sketches, paper prototype
• [ ] Synthesis Data
• [ ] Present Findings, Executive Summary

Work directly with current CDOs to figure out what is the daily work process/prioritization. Design studio or possible card sorting exercise. @esgoodman @krisdelacruz
