Funny Characters in Leads #245

I’ve been looking into this “Ë?” and hope to have ti figured out soon. Quothe Brody.

Based on our research and the specific text entered for this lead, this appears to be an error introduced outside of BIDS. Either: it was copy/pasted into our form, and the source material contained the "Ë?" or the formatting of the source material had an odd encoding that introduced an error when copying into the form.

The easiest solution here is to simply edit the record and remove the odd characters.
