Adds Unit tests for the NISQ Analyzer.

ImplementationSelectionTest class contains unit tests checking the ability to select a suitable implementation
SimulatorExecutionTest class executes some implementations with the IBMQ_QASM_SIMULATOR qpu and checks the returns.
