[TimeMatch] the sorting can be sorted by name instead of last update time? #252

Expected behavior

timematch events sort by name?

Actual behavior

sort by last update time... but update time meaning is a bit ambiguous? it doesn't mean updating class times during add drop period? it only means a new member joined / name is changed? this update time is not very useful to users...
