[Grade] Special characters not decoded #285

Special characters are not decoded (after being fetched from your APIs, I guess) special_char The ' is supposed to be an '.

Side notes, would you consider getting the course titles from somewhere else? The titles in SIS itself are sometimes not pleasant to see: mgmt The space is not there even in SIS.
