[android] [event] user should not be allowed to join event without entering name and/or phone number #294

Expected behavior

prompt error when nickname and/or phone number is empty (and its better to have a 'submit' button for user to officially join the event after entering the nickname and phone number?)

Actual behavior

allow user to leave nickname or phone number empty

Steps to reproduce

  1. event
  2. enter an event e.g. usthing lucky draw
  3. click join
  4. leave nickname and phone number blank
  5. click back

    App Version: v4.0.2dev Phone Model:Sony Xperia Tablet OS Version:android 6.0.1 OS Language:chinese
