[TimeMatch] server issue #315

Expected behavior

show available timematch on clicking timematch

Actual behavior

error response/null response from success server call, causing error popup "unable to access event detail"

Steps to reproduce

login as ***angad (covered for privacy reason); open timematch

Error pop up on viewdidload() of timematch

icebox as new api will rollout by spring 2019 (hopefully)
